This New Zealand Bordeaux style blend is a joyous blend of the strong aroma of ripe berry fruits (blackberry, black currant, blueberry, raspberry, baked plum), basil, and notes of spicy cedar and cigar box. Perfectly balanced, easy-flowing, medium body, vivid acidity, and supple tannins. Bold first sip but mellows afterwards. A complex but smooth wine with a very pleasant palate aftertaste.
